On 26 January, 2024, on the auspicious occassion of India's Republic Day, the newly renovated computer lab was inaugurated by the Principal, Govt Girls Senior Secondary School, Dayalpur.
The lab has ten brand new desktops, refurbished desks, new computer chairs, and new network-related accessories. A new compter science teacher also interacted with the students.
After the flag hoisting, the girls participated in a beautiful cultural program showcasing various dance forms. This was followed by Col Mahender Singh Bisla delivering an energising talk to motivate more girls to pursue computer science education going forward.
